We also do not allow listings for businesses engaged in unlawful activities, crypto trading, or any business that may cause disruption or conflict within the community.

    No, there is no fee to list your business on the Te Hiku Community directory.

  • Can I edit or update my business listing after registration?

    Yes, you can edit or update your business listing after registration. Please contact us here advising the changes you would like to make.

  • Is my personal information safe and secure?

    Yes, your personal information is safe and secure with us. We only request information related to your business, which is typically publicly available. Your personal details, like your name, are kept private and are not shared with any other organizations. We take the protection of your data seriously and have measures in place to ensure its security.

  • How can I contact support if I have issues with registration?

    You can reach out to us via our contact form. One of our team members will contact you within 24 business hours to assist.

  • Is it okay if I don't have a logo or image that represents my business?

    Yes, that is okay. You can add an image or logo representing your business at a later date. 

  • When will my listing be approved?

    All directory registrations will be processed within 24 - 48 business hours. If there are any problems with your listing, a team member will be in contact.

  • When will the Te Hiku Community directory be launched?

    The directory component of the Te Hiku Community website will be launched once we reach our goal of 100 businesses and services.

  • What is a Premium Spotlight Listing?

    A 6-month Premium Spotlight Listing in our Local Directory is a paid service we will offer once our directory has grown. This premium listing ensures that your business appears first at the top of your chosen category, giving you enhanced visibility and priority placement.
